Lyudmila Yuryevna for many years is engaged in therapeutic work, clinical studies of the effectiveness of various hepatoprotective and antiviral drugs (2 and 3 phases) in the hepatological center of FMBA Russia and at the Department of Hospital Therapy, pedagogical activity (training postgraduates and residents, lecturing and electives for students, Residents and practicing clinicians).

In the years 2003-2006. - Deputy. Chief editor of the medical journal "Experimental and Clinical Gastroenterology", "Hepatology"; Since 2006 - a member of the editorial board and deputy. Chap.
